01Who we are
Three services, one responsibility
The jobs a yacht owner faces are usually disconnected: one crew does the delivery, someone else handles maintenance, the crew comes from a third place. The gaps between them become the owner’s problem.
We bring the three together. The crew running the delivery knows the maintenance history; the person doing the maintenance sees how she is used. The knowledge accumulates in one place.
We are small and we do not hide it. We do not take work we cannot carry or give dates we cannot keep. Pointing you to the right address for work outside our scope is part of the service too.
02How we work
Four rules that apply to every job
- Written quotation
- Scope, duration and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing begins on a verbal understanding.
- No unapproved work
- Anything discovered mid-job is raised separately; nothing unapproved reaches the invoice.
- Photographic record
- Work is documented with photographs. The same report is issued whether or not you were aboard.
- Realistic dates
- If weather has to be waited out, it is waited out. An optimistic date given to win the job costs both sides.
Let us be clear about scope
We provide yacht delivery, crew supply and engine servicing and overhaul. Hull repair, paint and coating work and major refit fall outside our scope; we refer you to a suitable yard and, if you wish, follow the job on your behalf. We do not run maritime training or certification courses.
